Clean hotel with a PEACEFUL location and professional staff. Reasonable prices, a nice size and brand-new rooms with 1 big bed and a balcony, as for instance. Good selection for breakfast. A great looking property, my first choice in Barcelona.

Location of the hotel is great, 500m from Placa de Catalunya, so it can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Many things nearby. Staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say anything more positive, although I would like to do it. We did not have breakfast in the price, so I can not judge, but my tip, there are very many cafes and bars / restaurants nearby that can be reached in a few steps, with each of the cafes there is enough and very good breakfast.
The hotel looks very modern and new in the photos. Unfortunately we experienced something different. The reception looks modern, but on the sofas you can see how much used they are, so it went on when we arrived in the room. The room was very small, the bed comfortable but also very small, balcony with a view of the inner courtyard, the bathroom was the highlight, very dirty, dated, the ceiling in the bathroom subsided, the corners creepy. The wood is already peeling away the chests of drawers. The first 2 nights were quiet since we had no neighbors, from the 3rd night it started, our room neighbors had talked to each other normally, but you could hear everything as soon as someone moved in the hotel corridor you could hear everybody. So I don't want to and I'm not complicated but everything was very noisy and this could be a problem for many guests. It is my second time in Barcelona the first time (in another hotel) I did not have these problems at all. In conclusion - price / performance bad, for over 100fr. the night this is a bad deal and too expensive.

Great air conditioning, but check-out at 11am is too early for travelers.

The house made a good impression and the reception staff was very friendly. It looks really nice down in the foyer. Nice lounge seating where unfortunately nobody is sitting and staying. The location is very good.
The single room 111 was super small, you could hardly move in the bathroom, for 95 € the usury actually. The breakfast could be chosen additionally. For 10 € the buffet was very lean and everything was warm and without cooling, which you can actually expect from cheese, sausage, milk and yoghurt. The fruit was partially scruffy in the fruit basket, which indicates that the food is not handled so carefully.

The staff were very friendly, gave great advice, suggesting activities we would not have thought of. The location is convenient for the metro/bus stops and main areas but in a quieter, leafy part of the city. We had a suite which was spacious, had high quality furnishings/bathroom and we loved the contemporary feel of the room and reception area.
The only thing was that we noticed that the breakfast room served coffee from a help yourself machine rather than freshly made, so we chose to have breakfast in one of the many fantastic cafes nearby. This was no hardship and in fact added to the experience of our brilliant time in Barcelona. Tea/coffee making facitilities in the bedrooms would be great...

I loved my stay here, especially relaxing on the balcony with a stunning city view and enjoying the comfortable bed in my spacious room. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and I appreciated the outdoor seating options available for some fresh air. The only downside was a little noise from the hallway at night, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience. 😊

The location is amazing (within a 10 minute walk to plaza catalunya) and the balcony is absolutely beautiful.
The staff is not very good at speaking english and he was careless and gave somebody access to our room at 1:30am.
